I Plan and Design Events For Any Budget
Good At Eveything services the San Diego area and specializes in special events, proposals, and weddings.
By the time your day arrives, each detail will be well planned and executed, to your vision and specifications.
We know how much goes into planning an event. It’s an investment in many ways! We want you to be able to be fully present with your family and friends and enjoy your time together. You can trust Evey to direct the day with ease and confidence so you can stay in the moment and watch your vision come to life around you.

Services
Good At Eveything offers month-of, partial planning, and full-service planning options for all of your special event desires. As each event is different (since all people are unique!), we offer a complimentary 30-Minute Zoom consultation to discuss your event and your vision. We will create a custom package just for you!
When electing for partial and full service planning, I incorporate my event planning partner, Shawnta, to dial in every last detail well in advance of your event. With added layers of support, we are always on the same page with you during your event journey.

- Management of the entire event day from beginning to end!
- Coordinate the timing of the day with the photographer/videographer
- Greet guests as upon arrival and maintain flow
- Follow floor plan and check number of guests at each table – confirm count
- Set-up/distribute all seating cards/boards etc
- Point of contact for all vendors/venue/guests throughout the event
- Distribute gratuities and/or final payments to vendors on your behalf
- All day visibility & availability to guests and vendors
- Ensure all décor, rental items, and all event-related items are gathered in designated spots.
- Wedding-Specific Additional Included Offerings
- Ceremony Rehearsal – 1 hour
- Assist with setting up for the ceremony (as long as the ceremony site is less than 20 minutes from venue) as well as reception area - placement of items for reception (cake knife, toasting glasses, seating chart, etc.)
- Coordinate ceremony musicians/DJ/MC and cue
- Coordinate with DJ/Band/MC to establish timing for grand entrance/grand exit, first dance, cake cutting, bouquet/garter toss, toasts/meal times, etc.
